We needed a larger TV for out family room. This works out great, has a nice picture and very easy to set up and use. Have always bought Samsung TV's but this is just as nice.

I feel that I made an excellent choice. This tv has a superb picture and it is a great value for the money. It met all my needs and was the quickest and easiest tv to set up for all the apps and Comcast Xfinity. I did not lose any functionality and I am able to use Comcast or tv remote for all functions.

It's a nice TV but it is also a little expensive for a 42" 4K. The picture is great but I really don't like the stand. I'd probably be happier if I had a wall with enough space to hang it and got rid of the feet. My last Sony lasted 15 years, so I expect to be satisfied long term. It also didn't have WRITTEN instructions and the illustrated instructions are always hard for me for some reason.

Like the TV very much. However, did not know it would be delivered by UPS who left it on my sidewalk near the front door when I wasn't home. Initially ordered the extended warranty but when I got a copy of the warranty, I cancelled it because it didn't start until the manufacturer warranty ran out. Also because I would have to get the TV to a service location if something happened to it - I would not be able to do this so I cancelled the extended warranty.

Great television. Needed a new one for our Motorhome. Easy setup albeit I’m not using the Google feature. Integration via HDMI with satellite and Blu-ray was easy as was the OTA/cable setup and integration. The unit logged into my WiFi and performed a software update without issue. Straight forward operation with the supplied remote. Over all, an outstanding TV with a great picture!

I have a 55' in my living room and loved it so much, even though it is a couple of years old, that I gad to get this 2019 model for the bedroom. I'm a stickler when it comes to picture quality...Great features. fantastic picture, easy setup. Gladly recommend this TV. It will not disappoint.

Needed an upgrade for the master bedroom. This TV fits on a dresser and looks amazing. Sony always uses a appealing design when it comes to TVs. Picture quality is great. We primarily use this to stream apps like Netflix, both the app usage directly on the TV and through a Roku device. This is now my 4th Sony TV in the house.

Great picture. Easy to install with all the features you would expect on a smart TV.

Easy to use, pretty reasonable price, great quality and i love it.

This 43" doesn't have the 120Mhz refresh rate for sports like its larger ones but it still works very well. Couldn't use a larger TV in the area we placed it. It still has the natural life like picture that others don't have. The Samsungs are good too but too much color for my taste. I know some like that better but not me, so I stick with Sony.

Sony makes the best products especially when it comes to any type of audio or video equipment for example a surround sound system or TV's since they have been around for decades and their products speaks LONGEVITY. I have two SONY TV's in my home now and if I had to but another it would be SONY. SONY has been around and making paramount movies and their vivid colors on any cinema are always crisp and clear pictures on screen is why they have been used one it come to picture and sound. SONY has out beat all of those other TV brands that probably not around of being sold today.

Great picture, colors brilliant, easy setup love this TV

Damage was done by one of my kids on the same TV I bought roughly 18 months prior. Same TV and features for the same price, little more than others but the quality is worth it. Will say one thing though, DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY PROTECTION ON THIS TV IF YOU HAVE KIDS. They will not only not cover damage done to the TV, but will void your warranty. Love the TV and would buy it again down the road should I need to.

I bought it to replace my Sony 43" that lightening fried. I was pleasantly surprised at how much better this one is, both in detail and color, Very simple to set up and use, and well worth the reasonable price.

Been looking at this Television for a while and finally went for it If this is the size you want get it Best picture I have ever seen in a television this size Loaded with features As the saying goes you get what you pay for

I used to have a lg with regular 4k supposedly!!! The lg tv picture quality felt like 1080p tv and also they dont have some apps like twitch for example...Lg really disappointed me so I decided to buy this 43 inch sony tv with CHROMECAST( This feature is a life saver!) the quality of this sony tv looks like actual 4k and comes with a google assist remote it also has so much more apps selection then samsung/lg if you’re looking for a cheap 4k tv and want to pay less then $500 this is truly the one. However if you want it for your living room I’d get a sony but better model and bigger size. i got mine on best for $399 on sale so just keep a eye on it and every week they switch prices so don’t expect to pay less then $399 in 2020 because thats the cheapest it will be on best buy and it’s very much worth it!

Picture is Crystal clear and works great with our built in surround sound system. Programming was done by Best Buy crew to coordinate our external systems. I love the voice control. Our first time with a smart TV. TV is well built but light weight.

TV fits well in narrow room, does not overwhelm the space. Picture is clear with vivid colors. Best Buy set it up and that service was excellent. Very pleased with the TV and service of Best Buy

Very pleased salesperson recommended it couldn't be more pleased.The set up was a breeze considering this is my first time doing a smart TV. To he picture and color are a amazing.
