Beautiful flat screen TV, however the the limited interconnectivity makes this TV a pain. The lack of an interface with Mac computer and iPhone is a total pain. If you don’t have an Android phone, you have to do all the set-up via the remote control and a hunt and peck digital keyboard simulation. That’s silly. The prior Sony Bravia I bought and setup was a 1000x more user friendly. Also, 2 months into owning it, it developed some sort of incompatibility with Spectrum cable’s WiFi service. That’s probably on Spectrum, but a pain. So not exactly a smart TV; it’s an impaired TV as a result of competing multinational corporations. Do better Sony and Spectrum.

Great picture. Very easy set up and much lighter than I expected. I was not planning to install it by myself, thinking as large as it is that it would be too heavy for me. But by the time my husband got home, I had it put together, in pace, hooked up and watching it !

I purchased this tv to replace the old modell in my bedroom. My son installed for me within few minutes and I was able to enjoy the beauty and simplicity a tv should provide. The picture is very clear and the tv is gently slimmer than my previous flat screen tv. It is beautiful!

I compared a number of 43” TVs for my man cave and this was my first choice. It is an awesome TV with exceptional clarity, features and style. Easy to set up and is performing better than anticipated. Sony is the best TV in this size class; you won’t be disappointed.

The sales person was knowledgeable about the product. Explained the options and applied no pressure on the decision that was made. The television has a great sound and quality. It was easy to hook up to all systems.

Color is vibrant, picture is amazing. Easily mounted it to the wall and the set up was simple. It has the closest picture quality to my Plasma that I have found.

Happy with this my final choice after looking at dozens of models. Very happy with the picture that's almost 3D. Though it's almost too good...I can see the makeup on talk show people faces! Only drawback is I still need to control volume separate from tv remote because I still wanted to use my Bose speaker. Switching between cable TV and Netflix so easy.

Purchased this 43" Sony for our father and he absolutely loves it! The 4k picture is amazing, the user interface is very intuitive and easy to use, and the slim edges make the tv very appealing in his living room. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

My husband was not excited that I was going with a smaller TV, but now he loves it! The ease of use is great, the picture is great, and it's just what we had hoped for and more! Love the voice feature, even though initially I thought it was overkill!

My last Sony lasted 28 years. Yes, I said 28 years. I kept expecting it to die but it never happened. Well, the finally came so I replaced with another Sony. Great picture and new features. Easy to install.

Happy with this purchase. Very sharp picture. Also love the natural colors after a little tweaking. Other Brands can be over saturated. The sound is also great. I have it in a den 12x14 so no need for a separate soundbar. Got this tv on sale at Best Buy!

I love everything about this TV. Great picture and perfect size. The remote has great functionality with specific buttons for Netflix and voice control. The android smart TV is much better than other brand specific systems. It’s fast and loaded with apps.

This set has outstanding color and clarity. Even black and white programs are crisp rather than shades of gray. This set is the best on the market for its size.

I had a Vizio M series 4K TV for a bit, which was also purchased at Best Buy a little while ago. The Vizio stopped doing the things it was designed to do, and of course the warranty expired, so I looked for a better quality TV. I researched all over the internet for a month prior to my purchase, to see what other people had problems with. This Sony X800G appeared to have the best options, with very little complaints about it. I purchased it the beginning of November during Best Buy's pre-Black Friday, Black Friday pricing. This TV is so much better. It has a really good picture quality that you can fine tune to your preference. I also like that it is an Android TV, rather than a proprietary OS like other smart TVs have. See it for yourself, its a much better TV that some of the more pricey models Best Buy sells.

The color is beautiful on the screen. It took a little time to figure out the remote but the picture and the sound are exemplary. I am so grateful that I chose this television.

other than all the good stuff , i did face a problem with this tv when connecting to ps4 pro via HDMI port #3 ARC. ps4 pro screen will often go black , stating that please check your HDMI connection .mostly when playing HDR enabled games . tried changing the video output to lower resolution it works . but whats the point .. i wanted that RGB video settings. solution was to changing the HDMI port from 3 to 2 . and ps4 didnt flicker since after that playing high quality HDR games .. also tv settings needs to be changed to enable HDR enhance format . another bummer was when viewing HD content on netflix. the black sports around the edges will show a white glow .but changing the picture mode to cinema kind of resolves the issue but its still there. viewing 4k ultra HD content on netflix doesnt show that glow white light at all around the edges . so dont know if its picture mode settings or the content itself on netflix or amazon prime . highly recommend for 4k ultra hdr contents . the picture is just soo great , if its not 4k UHD content some white glow light appears around the edges when viewing HD content on netflix . use cinema home for movie , and keep the picture mode to auto gets the best results so far . while gaming i like to keep it at automatic and change the HDR format to HDR 10 and ps4 video output to RGB ...highly satisfied with gaming and movie so far . will continue to test other apps and live tv

I purchased this TV after reading reviews and looking at it in the store. I was deciding between the Samsung and this one and the Sony was about twice as much, but after reading all the five star reviews and talking to the salesman, who said if you can afford the Sony, he would recommend it highly. He said it was the only TV that has true colors. The picture is very crisp. I had to make a couple of adjustments to the picture, but I am glad I spent the extra money.

I hadn't planned on buying a Sony on black Friday, but I am so happy I did! One of my biggest draws to this TV was the processor since we no longer have cable and stream everything! We have the TV mounted up on the wall and I wasn't sure how that would affect the picture quality since we do have a lot of sunlight in our room. Well, the picture quality on this tv is amazing! The clarity & colors on this TV, especially when you are watching sports is just incredible! I am so glad I was convinced to buy this TV!

This was the replacement for a Sony 32” tv that never failed to operate. The old set was purchased for $2500 so I was reluctant to get rid of a perfectly good set. I’ve had no regrets and the new one cost $2000 less than the old one. My only regret was that I didn’t make the purchase earlier. This set was purchased two months after I had purchased an OLED 55” Sony which was my first smart tv. I really don’t see much difference in the picture quality between the two sets. This 43” set is in a bedroom and closer to the viewer. The old set was given to a relative who is happy with it.

I enjoyed this Sony TV since I bought it. Nice Picture, Good speakers for a good sound. Easy to set up. My home it has a small living room and it is perfect size for our family. We are all happy with this purchase.
