Sony make my favorite TV's. When Best Buy put this TV on sale for Black Friday. I decided to replace my old TV with this new one. Paid less for this new one than the 10 year old it replaced. Best Buy is my favorite place to purchase electronics.

The purchase at the store was fast and easy. Staff was very nice. Installation on 11/29/19 went well, except for the technician (George) leaving all of the cords exposed. This situation was corrected a few days laterby 2 other technicians (Stephan and Luis) It looks beautiful now! Thank you.

First, it’s hard to find a good quality HDTV in this size. Second, it has all the higher tech features that most larger and way more expensive models have. And third, most importantly, it looks and sounds great. Especially the picture. I shopped all over and this tv was hands down the best performer in every category. You will not be disappointed.

This Sony has the best picture ever nice and clear the color is beautiful

I stick to what I know, and I can definitely tell you that this Sony TV is better than any of the other 43-inch TVs that I've purchased. It is definitely worth the extra money that they ask for. Picture quality is top of the line. Not to mention that you can download anything you want on here.

Setup was very easy. Image is excellent. Remote was easy to use.

We are a Sony TV family & our newest purchase has exceeded our expectations. Great picture, better WiFi reception when streaming. I recommend this TV for anyone looking for a medium size screen with most of the “bells & whistles”

Had to get used to digital tv but very clear and vibrant color. Only thing I don’t like it the solar interruptions and sometimes says the channel is not available and have to turn it off to get channel to be visible. Wish I could find EarPods that would pair with Sony Bravia tv. Please list them if u know of any.

I bought this to replace an older Visio and I am happy with my purchase after the first few weeks. The picture is excellent but the colors are more subdued than my old TV. It’s not as bright but it is lifelike and consistent. Apps are easily accessible. I’m happy with it

I’ve been an dedicated Sony man for decades and have owned several models since the 80’s. Never a problem until lately 6-7 years later with no warranty. Purchased the new 43” x800G, 4K Ultra HD and it doesn’t disappoint! Love this model and the clarity of the picture not to mention the price. Been a huge fan of Sony and always will be.

This is a good tv, sound is not that powerful, I was expecting more from Sony TVs. But the reason I got it, is that I wanted to use with Bluetooth wireless headphones. The seller at best Buy told me this TV would work with certainly Sony headphones, so I made sure to buy a compatible headphone for this tv. Well, the tv couldn’t connect it!!! When I went back to BestBuy to check what was happening, another seller told me this tv doesn’t connect with any Bluetooth devices!! 800 series doesn’t have a good Bluetooth connection! I didn’t return the tv even that I got very angry that the first seller lied to me. But, I don’t want to carry and pay taxi to bring this tv back. If the seller was honest I would have bought another Tv anyway, he would have made his commission anyway. I ended up connecting my regular headphones audio out cables. Very disappointed how BestBuy does business...

Everything is great, easy to use , very happy, good quality

I used Sony TV long time back. Sony has very good color and sound qulaity compare to any other brand. X800G Series launched in 2019. TV comes with android. You can cast, download any applications which is very good.

Easy to install and set up. Great picture and good price.
