It's the best picture in this size

I've tried them all and took them back. Wide angle viewing is great. Blacks are nice and deep. Perfect for a bedroom TV. And the X1 processor is great. Very little lag in all of the smart TV functions. Launching apps is nice and quick. HOWEVER, I was super annoyed that the Bluetooth onboard is only for serialized devices like keyboards, remotes, etc. Not headsets. Not even their headsets, of any type. Why they made this shortcut for the perfect 43" TV is beyond illogical.

Great TV for high end 4K

This TV has the the brightest screen and I can definitely see that, which allows for a better picture across a range of conditions in terms of ambient light in our TV room. I bought a Samsung 43" TV and the screen is noticeably dimmer at the brightest nits setting compared to the Sony TV. The only issue I've had with the Sony TV is having the native streaming apps (e.g., Netflix and Hulu) work consistently. I've had to use my Apple TV device for consistent streaming service.

The picture quality is sharp, sound is crisp and overall the TV seemed pretty user friendly. However after two weeks the sound cuts out intermittently. Sometimes the sound and pic don’t work at all when streaming YouTube vids or Pandora from my phone. Sony’s product offering is pretty pricey to be experiencing these issues. I am not condemning it, but I am second guessing the purchase decision at this time. We shall see.

This Sony is the first one of their products that I have purchased for some time and so far I am very satisfied with it. The picture quality and sound are very good and when I compared it with comparable sets within the same size range it was heads and shoulders above them. When considering everything the price is well worth it and at this point confident that we will be satisfied with it for some time.

Using this tv in my living room, 43 inch. (Replaced my non repairable 39 inch Toshiba HDTV 2013, which was also high quality). I am very pleased with Sony Bravia t.v. I use antenna, Roku, and Blu-ray dvd. All work very well. I have not yet tried airplay, google play. This tv great for music dvds, movies, tv shows. Also use for many other Roku apps, including radio (very good sound). I don’t have cable. Best Buy staff great.

Picture is much better (can really notice the 4K upgrade) than the previous. Also have Samsung TVs and I really like them, but for my eye Sony’s have better picture quality. It’s personal preference. But you also pay more for them so it’s a trade off. I notice that sound quality is not as good as older TVs and this is true of both the Sony and the Samsungs. Guessing the idea now is to hook up to a sound system, but I’ve adjusted to the sound change.

Had a great pioneer plasma that was showing signs of age. This TV is thinner and lighter than it's plasma predecessor - so I was able to hang it without help (I would get someone to help though - drop it and it's over!). Very nice appearance - besel is small, speakers are part of the screen now. I think the sound is good - but the old school in me thinks the "real speakers" that you can see would have better sound.

When streaming NetFlix, Hulu, Youtube, or Peacock everything works great. When streaming Disney+ or Prime Video constant "glitching" of video occurs or frame skipping, loss of audio. Funny how the tech and the entertainment giants can't get this right. So rather than streamining either of the above directly to the TV need we will need to use a RUKU device to access the content for the next several months.
