Also really wanted a Sony. It was more than we were hoping to spend but our last Sony lasted 15 years. This is more of a substantial TV compared to cheaper models. Wasn't hard to set up and we're in our 70's. If we can do it you can too. So far so good.

Two issues: Onboard sound is good but not great (auto sound bar links are limited to Sony) & Apps need to be “exited” or the system becomes “confused” after multiple uses with different apps. Connectivity is great. Options for customization of all features is great!

A very good quality product

Like the extra 6" extra diagonal. Use TVs to steam over internet nearly 100% of the time. As for the 4K have not watched any programming in 4K so can not comment on that. Am used to ROKU, Samsung and Apple Tv UIs so will take some time to get used to this TVs UI.

Colors are great, smart TV functions are handy, inputs/outputs needed for me are all there. I’m now thinking that I should have got myself a bigger model, as I changed rooms - but I’m out of return window... Nonetheless, it’s a great TV.

The tv has a beautiful picture and was ready to go right out of the box. The size of the remote was kind of intimidating, but very straightforward and easy to use. I always know it’s going to be a great product when I buy a SONY!

Beautiful picture quality

The picture quality is perfect in a brightly lit room and I’ve found that the Android platform is much easier to navigate than our other TV which is an LG. The only drawback was that we couldn’t use HBO GO but that quickly changed now that HBO Max has been released.

Good tv, not so good controller

We went with a larger screen than planned but I’m glad we did. I’m disappointed in the controller. It doesn’t work too well. Sometimes the buttons don’t respond, sometimes they enter twice. Also, I haven’t figured how to exit guide without entering a channel.
