This is my second Sony TV. They do a great job. The Geek Squad came out to install and I always get great service from them. The person who set it up was so nice.

Great value for the price. This Xr had great depth of color, smooth picture and doesn't break the bank. Love this tv, don't plan on replacing anytime soon.

Excellent picture with good sound. Been using it for a week and I'm very happy with it. The direct backlighting gives a very sharp picture and the Motionflow XR 240 technology really reduces blur. The audio could be a bit better, but it's certainly not bad.

I think that the picture quality and audio are good overall. The only critique I have is that I wish the UI was just a tiny bit faster. Other than that, these TVs have really locked me into the Sony brand of TVs.

I was surprise to see it did not have any RCA cable inputs for a CD player or DVD player a specialty cable is required. an RCA input to a single jack cable is needed to input to the TV.

Great picture.My issue was that even though I was connected to the internet, the system said I wasn't and asked me to complete the setup process. Then it couldn't recognized my password for the Router. I called Sony. They said to unplug the TV wait a couple of minutes and start the process again. After 4 times with the same problem, I just gave up and returned it to BestBuy.
