Doesn’t support HDR gaming with PS5. Also doesn’t have HDMI 2.1 even though the Best Buy website advertises it as it does.

He set me up with Richard the manager of the TV, etc. dept. Richard showed us the TVs he thought were best suited for us, my wife and I (age 84). We also purchased the TV he suggested, a Sony 49" Android. We are extremely satisfied with this decision and the Delivery Men were great in helping us pack up the tv we originately purchased. There just weren't any problems!!! Keep up the good work! We're singing your praises? Thank you very much!

Sony Reputation for Quality??

Returned to store after over 4 hours of phone battles. Second TV arrived within 3 days and has worked without any problems for over a month. We purchased SONY because of the long lasting reputation for quality...however, I am having doubts as to the current SONY quality control. Perhaps it's true, the old saying that "all the sets are made in the same factory and just have different names slapped on the cabinet"! One thing is for sure, "they don't make em like they use to"!!!
