Sony is a little pricier than other TV’s in the same size range because the quality of Sony is top notch. The colors in the picture are rich and the sound from the speakers is not bad. I have a speaker hooked up to my 65 inch Sony but the 43 inch ones in the bedrooms do not have an external speaker and the sound is good. I was able to easily set up my recent 43 inch TV because the programming walked you through it. Sony is a must buy TV if you are looking for a TV that will last.

I absolutely love this TV!!!!!! It was easy to set up, has excellent color and clarity, and works seamlessly with my DVD player, MS Display Adapter, and my wifi. I can easily watch tv online via my computer or use the included apps to watch Netflix, Amazon, or any of the other streaming services. There are multiple ways to personalize the interface but my favorite is the ability to add apps to the input list so I can easily transition between my DVD player, MS Display Adapter, and the included apps. You can set the inputs as not showing, always showing, or auto so that they only show up when something is plugged into that port. Another way to access all of the apps is via the HOME button--simply press the HOME button and it takes you to all of the apps. You can also cutomize the channels that are included on your Home screen and get to your settings to customize TV settings, display & sound settings, network & internet settings, accounts & sign in settings, and your apps. Since this is an Android TV, I was able to seamlessly set it up using my Android phone so that it took my connection and Google settings and used them to set up my TV. It also has an app to connect via AirPlay for Apple products. It has voice control via the remote control but I purchased a discounted tv that didn't include the remote. I was able to download Google's Android TV app onto my phone and used the voice commands via my phone. I have a remote from my other Sony TV that does everything I need it to do with this TV so I don't even need the original remote (which costs $60 so make sure you don't lose your remote). Since it's an Android TV, I can download compatible apps from GooglePlay and when it initially set up, it included all compatible apps that I had already downloaded on my Chromebook. This is a great TV that I can highly recommend purchasing if you are considering it!

This TV is amazing the picture quality the colors the sound everything is so crisp I love it. I've had a Sony TV before it's lasted about 10 years. Finally it was time for something better and stuck with Sony. This smart TV is also amazing with the apps and everything so easy to set up and use and the control syncs to the cable box and can control the ps4 I love it.

The Sony XBR is the 3rd one i bought. 1st one was 14 years ago and it just died. I have one in my living room. This one is for bedroom. First with voice comand. Its pretty cool. Pretty picture. Only reason not 5 stars is the sound. Don't like it. Needs sound bar or something. Its a 42 in . The XBR is the best for my needs. This one kinda acts like a computer. Remote is easy. Set up is easy. I like it so far.

As stated above, this is the best 43” tv available right now. In the smaller TV category, very few are higher end. Most people want larger sizes. This TV has capabilities and components not usually found in one this size. Besides being there, they perform their functions very well. This is the largest TV that fits in my small home. I’m afraid high end TV’s this size are on their way out. The picture is excellent and noticeably superior to my previous TV. Off angle viewing is excellent -no color washout). Glare reduction is excellent. It manages switching inputs (blu-ray player, Roku, receiver, satellite etc.) easily. I have no regrets. No TV is perfect but, for my purposes, nothing else available is as good. My previous TV was a Samsung 40” ju7500 4k curved TV. It also a premium model and still worked perfectly, however, you don’t connect things thru hdmi ports. Other components connect thru a device called a One Connect. These are known to have problems and mine did. All the higher end Samsung’s, available when I bought this Sony, have a One Connect. Buy this TV if you want a 40-43” TV; I believe it’s the best available in this category.

Great tv, very nice design, looks perfect, very easy to set up , my son 7 years old did set up and very happy , beautiful colors, grate perches for grate price. Very satisfied with delivery service, notified before came in time. Very happy with perches, definitely recommend this TV.

Liked everything about this TV!! Easy to set up, fantastic, sharp picture, and the color is perfect! I like the size of the TV-it’s not giant or over-bearing, but perfect in the space we had for it! The remote is easy to use and I haven’t found that I have to use a second remote to get what I want on the TV.

Samsung is know for great panels. Sony is known for great processors and software. The great looking picture is a bonus. We like watching old movies on Turner Classic Movies and classic TV shows scattered around Charter's TV channels. These items were filmed well before 1080 let alone 4K. I have read reviews where some of the cheaper TV's with larger screens can have issues with smaller resolutions and older films with pixilation on the screen. I am no expert, but we were afraid of this issue and we are very happy with how this TV handles all of the Charter Spectrum, Netflix, and Amazon Prime material. The remote is good and easy to maneuver around the settings and easy to connect to my Charter tuner, and vice versa. The sound is lacking like every TV we tested. I have a Klipsch sound bar from my 9 year old Sony 40" that this is replacing. I thought I had a good picture with my Sony 40" but am still amazed at the difference. With a little rearrangement of our living room, I returned this within the first week and got a 49" instead. Same results.

I have been using this TV as a monitor in 3-monitor setup. 4K-resolution provides clear display of text and colors. I tried other TV's as a monitor, but the SONY X800H is the best. I have been using it for two years without any problem.

First of all I give praise to the BestBuy employee that made sure the box was delivered correctly and was very kind in assisting loading the TV. Keep up the great service!!!! I own a 55" LG C6 OLED & 75" TCL 8 Series & 65" Hisense H6510G & Onn 43" I bought this TV as a PC Monitor for my HP Omen 17 Notebook that has the Nvidia RTX 2080 and able to stream watch from time to time. I was torn between the Sony X800 and the Samsung Q60T and after reading many reviews I took the X800 due to the IPS panel and how most reviews talked about how even the brightness was across the whole screen and great motion handing for a 60 Hz Panel. It was easy to setup and get running. I had a few issues on the notebook to get it to send audio to the HDMI port also you must adjust the display setting on windows 10 if you want it to send Chroma 4:4:4 for HDR gaming @ 4k. For me the 43" is just perfect for being 18-24" from the screen. Now about the TV. Good Brightness and Color and Uniformity across the whole screen is even. Its at least 100 nits brighter than the 43" Onn and much clearer, sound wise its much better than the Onn but no power house just clear while using it. Its a tad brighter than the LG OLED but its colors and black level is way worst than the OLED. Its brighter and clearer than the H6510G and better sound. Compared to the TCL it is much darker and color and black level is not near as good. Its getting harder to find the better 43" TVs now as 55" seems to be the new low range. but so far I am happy with the Sony as a PC monitor

I have been a consumer of Sony products for as long as I can remember so when it came time to replace my "dumb" 32" TV with one that has the streaming apps on it, it was a no brainer that I would pick a Sony. There were, of course, other smart TV brands a whole lot less expensive, but I would not even consider them. Sony has never disappointed me. The color, brightness and sharpness is outstanding. The sound was ok, but since I connected a sound bar, the sound is even better. The only flaw I found is that Disney + does not work on Sony, the reason being is that Sony did not get the rights to Disney +, so even though the app is on the TV, it does not work. Took me a week of calling ack and forth from the cable company and Disney + to get no where because the cable company blamed Disney + and Disney + blamed the cable company. Finally when I had the sound bar installed by the geek squad is when the very knowledgeable David informed me that Sony did not have rights to Disney +. He suggested I get a Roku stick which does carry Disney +, among everything else just about. So I did get the Roku, set it up, and Disney + works like a dream. So the only flaw for Sony was not being able to connect to Disney +, but everything else about the TV is great. I will continue to purchase Sony products.

My New TV is awesome! Cristal clear picture, easy to navigate apps built in. It's really light, I can hung it on the wall. Or put it on a tv stand, the remote control is fantastic too. I highly recommend this tv set to everyone, get yours now at bestbuy.com

I bought this TV to play my PS4 in 4K HDR, and the games look and sound amazing! The images look great! I have set of Logitech computer speakers hooked up to the audio port and can control the volume using the remote. I leave the speakers at full volume and adjust the volume of the TV output. Being able to control the speakers using the remote is one of my favorite features. I would highly recommend this TV if you have a set of computer speakers hooked up to your TV and are looking for an excellent TV to play on a PS4.

My 10 year old Sony KDL-32BX300 finally gave up and I was looking for a 40inch TV so I bought Hisense 40H4F, it has great clarity, good color, excellent viewing angles. Colors were vibrant and no washed out effect when viewed even at an angle. Bought 2 units and unfortunately both the units suffered bright light on the edges and gray clouding/vignette effect whenever there is a light background scene. I am returning both units since I couldn't ignore the grey clouding effect. I still like Hisense 40H4F it's just my luck isn't good with it. Bought the Sony X800H - TV has great natural color, good wide viewing angles and love the light sensor which adjust brightness by itself - you wouldn't notice the shift. I am streaming thru Apple TV and I don't have to use Apple remote, Bravia sync helps to use Sony remote to control Apple TV except for rew/fwd func in youtube. The overall package Sony offers for the price point is good Ofcourse this TV has drawbacks - black isn't ink black it's more like dark grey (I am coming from Panasonic ZT60 and GT50). TV sound quality is not great compared to the picture quality - but I have connected my old HT-CT150 sound bar to it, since both are made by Sony I can adjust every single setting of the sound-bar through the TV now. Lastly, my experience is that this TV doesn't handle reflection that well when room gets brighter but better than my Panasonic plasma's. Custom setting on the picture setting is closest to natural, I calibrated it to my liking and I am overall happy with the purchase. If picture quality is your priority then consider X800H in your list you won't be disappointed. I am leaving my brief experience with Hisense & Sony hoping someone will get benefited from this.

I bought this t.v. from an open box, for a good price and it was worth every penny. the screen is clear and the color is wonderful, and yes, I would purchase it again. I like this table. I would have gave five stars, but, four is good.

This tv size, weight, and features are nice for the price. Mounting it was easy and fun it fit perfect in the spot i needed it to go. Did i mention the light weight and ez of use with the small arm mount

This was a very disappointing purchase. I really almost love this TV. It came promptly next day via fedex, so kudos for speedy delivery. However, it was defective out of the box with 2 bad spots on the screen and a place where the screen pushed in on the edge when wiping gently with a cleaning cloth. Since it was set up already I still tested it out, of course. Aside from the defects, the picture was beautiful! I really liked the smart features. I found the interface much nicer and more user friendly than the Samsung I ultimately exchanged it for. In fact, knowing that sometimes these things happen, I would have exchanged for another of the same if I had not discovered that although this TV "has Bluetooth" it DOES NOT have Bluetooth capability for audio out. Which was one of the features I was specifically looking for in a TV for our bedroom so I can use wireless headphones while he sleeps. The specs are deceiving. If I'd known I'd have gone straight to the Samsung and wouldn't have to know what I was missing.

Last year for black friday i bought a 55in LG 4k smart. Well lets just say i was less than impressed with it. So this year i wanted a new tv for my room and decided that I wasnt going to buy a black friday tv. Turns out, that was the right choice. This Sony is amazing. The screen is awesome, it makes movies look like movies and not some weird up scaling some tvs have. Sound from the tv itself isnt bad but we live in the age of sound bars and it could only help. The andriod part of the system is easy to use. Its not the best smart tv UI ive seen( one thing I give the LG credit for). Buts is not difficult to navigate. I find myself leaving my room commenting how good this this really is.

This a great tv all around. The picture is crisp and clear. The setup is easy. I have quickly figured my way around the remote. This tv is a good addition to my bedroom.
