The girl was very helpful and knowledgeable. The SONY TV is just what I expected. When I could not get it to be coordinated with Comcast, the Geek squad put me on the right track. From there, Comcast finished the job of what I had to do, again by phone. It was a pleasant purchase.

Posted .Hello AmazonPrime, We do apologize for the inconvenience. Power reset both TV and remote control. For TV, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. To reset the remote control. Open the battery compartment cover and remove the batteries. Press and hold the Power button for three seconds. Insert the batteries again and close the battery compartment cover. Hope this helps! David

I couldn't agree more with the other reviews on picture quality and usability. However, I have been in contact with Sony 3 times in the 4 months I've had this tv. I have insanely spotty bluetooth connection issues with the remote to the tv. The issue results in not being able to use the google assistant and not being able to control my set top box with the remote. I hope it's just a software issue that will be ironed out because its a new line. I still stand by Sony but they have to fix this issue or I'm going back to Samsung.

Almost Perfect

The picture is wonderful with great colors. The only problem that I had was there were no legs to mount . I called back to the store and was told to call the Customer Service listed in the manual. I got no where with a replacement of the legs to stand my television up on. I had to lean it against the wall, not happy but it works well for me. The price was a great deal.
