It was hand delivered by the Best Buy geek squad, not even a third party carrier, so maybe the packaging needs to be better, or Sony needs to build more durable screens since it's delicate. The TV is a decent size for a small room, but it's not a large TV, so it's better for personal use in one's bedroom but not for a large family room.

We looked for another one and could not find one that had all the outputs we needed. Settled on a Sony because of the Playstation. Not happy. The feet of the tv limit the size of the stand..had a massive issue with the sound not matching up to the people talking. For what we paid..there should be zero issues! Be wary!

Also, update the TV software. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.
