I rate it as average because 30 days in it had technical problems. The wireless would not connect. All my other devices worked, so I knew it was the TV. My son and I had to go internet and research-apparently a common issue with Sony. It took several hours to fix it. I do not know if this will persist and be intermittent headache.

Despite it being on my Android phone.

Unfortunately, the Xfinity app is not currently available on the X800H. Please check with Xfinity about the availability and supported devices.

Make a pretty good 4K monitor

Game mode would not be saved when I turn on my ps5 to play it. I would have to manually switch to game mode. I don’t know if it’s fixed now but this issue was deal breaking as I only use this TV to game. Also, bezels are thick and had one dead pixel

We regret to hear that the TV had to be returned. We appreciate your feedback with regards the preset mode on the TV as we're constantly seeking ways to improve our products and services. As far as your experience with one dead pixel. Please clean the screen thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth to confirm whether or not the issue is actually a defective pixel or due to just dirt or debris. Sometimes dead or defective pixels correct themselves over time.
