5GHz not working

Thank you for reaching out to us. The television Wi-Fi Frequency is capable of 5GHz. Please change the setting of your wireless router to 5GHz to make it work. Also, the password is case sensitive so make sure you double-check your password.
NOTE: If the 5GHz band is not supported, the TV can only connect to a wireless router using the 2.4GHz band.
