    Has a few issues but it was a open box deal so

    I bought this tv for 300 from a open box tv it works well just has a few Issues such as the airplay would glitch and when playing video games the game shows tv lag but to fix I have to change the game settings to normal then to game

    Worst experience with a tv. Built in wifi won't work. Best buy doesn't want to help. Now Sony isn't answering the phone. I don't know what to do but I would not recommend this tv!

    Sound is average and two remotes are needed; TV remote for volume, etc. and cable remote for channel. Not happy with Sony TV.

    Overpriced. Many specifications are not compatible with all devices. SONY and or BEST BUY should make an effort to clarify compatible devices and brand. This should not affect sales, it might improve it.

    Got a great deal--$150 off. Watched the TV for 4 days. Was totally stoked about the picture quality, sound, etc. Day 4--dead--no power. Fortunately happened within my 15 day window to return. Ordered another one and got it same day delivery. Purchased Geek Squad 5 year extended warranty for round 2. Hoping for better luck with this one. I'm a loyal Sony owner, but definitely disappointed with what I thought was going to be a great upgrade from my 18 year old Trinitron.

    Purchased in May of 2020, set up in July same year. Beautiful picture, worked great for almost 2 years. TV has lost all sound and picture on regular tv. Bought 2 year geek squad protection plan which ended less than month ago. According to Best Buy I am out of luck. I usually only buy warranty that starts after initial warranty ends. Anyway, expensive tv, completely not worth the price

    I cannot program my TV and was passed from person to person attempting to resolve my issue and then I got hung up on by Geek Squad while they were calling Sony. No help at all setting up my new tv. Hang up call didn't result in a call back. I was left high and dry and Geek Squad Visits are scheduled out 4-months so I'm SCREWED.

    Should of known to stick with Samsung. My other two tvs are decided to get this one 43 inch for bedroom. Two issues. WiFi is awful. Disconnects on its own all the time and flashes across the screen. Others have had same issue with this TV. Secondly since day one on certain still backgrounds on the TV there will be very fine white lines that flash randomly all over screen.

    We are not as happy with this as we were with our Samsung. The sound coming lit the bottom is difficult to adjust and the base (sound) is very annoying .

    Great at first but then it started to fail to change channels. Maybe it is my antenna signal not sure. Sometimes it won’t switch channels and stays idle.

      We do apologize for the inconvenience. Change the position, direction and angle of the terrestrial television antenna to maximize the antenna signal level. Make sure that the direction of the antenna is not changed unintentionally (such as by wind). If equipment (such as a TV signal distributor) is connected between the antenna and the TV, it may affect the TV reception. Directly connect the antenna and the TV to check if the reception is improved. You may find this link helpful regarding your concern.

    Sony was disappointing, Best Buy was not

    Dead out of the box. Called Sony support they acted as if they did not have time to help and told me to take it back to where it was purchased. I continued to try to get it to boot up & stay on (using all the solutions provided on the internet). Finally it did come on but then the picture on half the screen would would go blurry, this happened randomly but always in the same general area. At that point two days later, I gave up. Paid the most for this size, non OLED TV (which had good ratings) in hopes of getting what you pay for which in this case was not to be. Rated all poor, has to be if it doesn't work & support doesn't care.

    Poor hdmi connection

    We returned this tv. We connected our Nintendo switch and the hdmi connection kept on getting disconnected. We got a Samsung series 7 tv instead.

    It's hard to imagine a "smart" TV these days that simply cannot connect to ANY Bluetooth headphones. That's the case here, even Sony headphones. WH1000XM2 and WF1000SM4. Nope. Also, the bloatware is relentless.

    Does Not Support Wireless Headphones - BEWARE!

    This TV does not support wireless Bluetooth headphones. That makes this TV worthless, in my opinion. Am I really supposed to research the A2DP protocol before I buy the TV. It should be made more clear.

    the YouTube app fails all the time. At least twice a week. You have to unplug the set for 2 minutes. This set costs twice as much as a comparable Vizio. Sony should be embarrassed.
