After reading tons of reviews on different brands of tv's, we decided on this Sony Bravia! It's great, the picture is vivid and the 43" size works nicely in our small living room. Our only complaint would be the sound, as an older couple with a bit of hearing problems, it's hard to always hear the sound since the speakers on all the new tv's are at the bottom. But we just turn it up a bit and it works for us. We are very very pleased with our new television.

Headphones do not work with this TV

This issue I had is I cannot get any headphones to sync with this TV. I even brought Sony headphones thinking they would be compatible but they were not.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. The TV does not natively support Bluetooth audio out. This feature may work with a compatible external USB Bluetooth Adapter or 3rd party Bluetooth applications that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.

The quality of the products seems to be consistently good. The picture is realistic and gentle on the eyes for longer term viewing. I use the smaller scale series since I live full time in my motor coach, and don't need a home theater experience to enjoy my shows. I've only had one issue with a previous Sony Bravia with engine 7, but that was fixed quickly and never recurred once corrected. I would recommend a Sony TV to my family and friends.

Whether it is day or night this tv produces a great picture. Works very well from different angles too. We are really enjoying the smart tv capability to quickly switch to apps and watch streaming shows. It was more expensive than other brands but it definitely has a more quality picture than our other TVs. We will probably add a sound bar since we have this tv in an armoire so the sound does not project as well.

My primary issue with the first unit was the poor viewing angle which made it irritable to watch in certain circumstances. This Sony unit not only has a far better picture, but the display stays excellent out to a very wide viewing angle. So no matter where you view it from it is a joy to watch. Even though I paid more for this TV than I did for the 55" unit since the Sony was just released and the other one was on sale, it was well worth it. I learned that if you want the best picture from a non-OLED TV buy Sony.

Great 4K TV

Bought Sony TV's for more then 20 years now the one and only for me knowing there quality in video equipment. Despite some of the negative reviews i had read about the picture not having good contrast or black levels in my opinion is not true i am amazed at the picture quality in both 4K and even 1080p HD looks great. Flawless in detail and colors so smooth and accurate. Definitely worth the cost which many will go for say Samsung for. I feel costs is worth it Sony makes reliable stuff. You won't be disappointed !!
