The main thing we wanted was the Smart capability,a s it lets us watch Netflix and all other streaming content effortlessly. Android TV is a plus. The 4K picture is sharp, true colors and everything. We stick with Sony: our last one was 13 years old, and the one before that 28 years old! Neither broke down; we just wanted the state of the art upgrades. Completely satisfied with the purchase. And the 43 inch size uses very little electricity and is pretty lightweight and maneuverable.

I used to own Sony TVs for many years but switched to cheaper brands in recent years. This time I paid more to buy the Sony due to impressive reviews. This unit works great as a computer monitor and as a small TV. Picture quality is great and the controls are intuitive. Sony quality is evident throughout. There are much cheaper TVs around but if you need a computer monitor and high quality display then you should seriously consider a Sony.

Great picture, just great. Easy to set up all the Android/Smart TV features, PS5 connects seamlessly. In fact, if everything is turned off, you can just turn on your PS5 via the controller and the TV will turn on by itself and change to whatever input the PS5 is connected. One negative is that the room with this TV gets a lot of glare in the late afternoon, and the TV does not deal well with glare. However, for $450 (bought while there was a discount), I can't expect a glare-proof TV.

We finally decided on the Sony because we have a very reliable Sony in our motor home. Also, we preferred the leg placement for the 43" Sony over other brands because it fits on our TV cabinet. Our new Sony has a great picture. The sound is not top notch when we listen to the jazz music stations, but it is adequate for regular TV viewing. And we have external speakers we will eventually connect to the TV. All in all we are quite pleased with our purchase. We used curb side pick up at Best Buy that worked very well too.

This is not our primary television, its used in my home office. Not too big, not too small. Good picture, not great. Works fine for what I use it for (news, sports).

Very pleased again. Even better picture, put on same fully extendable wall mount, so it gets close to the edge of the bed. Couldn’t really justify going any bigger. Rigged the new 4K Apple TV on the back. And love the pairing with the new Sony HT-Z9F sound bar. All controlled with the one Apple remote... Amazing!

Fantastic as a giant monitor

I have to say it has exceeded my expectations in that regard. The computer syncs beautifully with the TV, and I set it to game mode to minimize lag from the mouse. You have to be sure to go into the settings and change the HDMI input you are using to "enhanced mode" to enable 4K 60Hz connection to your computer. This is key, otherwise your mouse movement will be very choppy on the screen. I will say my first TV had a bad pixel, but I exchanged it at the BB store with no problem and now I am set.
