I had a Sony Bravia and had to sale it since I was moving back to the mainland from HI. I sold it for about the same price I bought for since it was a Sony. Sony is like the Honda of TVs. So, I knew I couldn’t go wrong with Sony for the price for Open Box. So happy with the tv. Great Picture and Audio. Highly recommended.

I replaced an older smarttv that was only HD ready, not 4K with this 4K tv. Great picture and sound quality pretty good for a TV these days. We have it wall mounted and is a second TV so the 43 inch size is fine. The GOOGLE TV interface is great and gives us easy access to all the streaming apps we need which the older TV did not. I thought we might regret the lack of local dimming but don't notice that its missing (probably helped by no windows behind the viewing area). Very satisfied with purchase.

A perfect use case for me. An Office TV that has both AirPlay and Chromecast capabilities. The built-in Google TV is a plus feature. Not five stars just based on the difficulty of setting up the television. If you use the Google TV to set it up, it might cause issues. I was able to work through some of those problems with multiple different devices. It only worked setting up with a Google Pixel.

Crisp picture! I wish I had purchased a size larger but still perfect for the master bedroom. Setup was easy. I am partial to Sony TVs and this smaller version does not disappoint!

Good picture, except for Prime Video, for some reason. Sound is ok. Remote easy to navigate. Did have some trouble pairing the remotes. For some reason had to do it even though I’ve had the TV for a while.

If you see video that is blurry, fuzzy, or undefined, you may have a weak or unstable connection to the internet. As a suggestion, check the your connection speed and change your Prime Video playback settings and see if it resolve the poor quality. We're also sorry to learn you are experience unexpected issues when using the remote control. Pairing can fail if the battery level is too low. If this is the case, replace the batteries with new ones before pairing them. Follow the steps on the link below to unpair and then pair the remote control.

Do not buy if you use RTX 30 series

Sony TVs have had known issues with 30 series cards for approximately a year. They will not display and show a pink and green screen. No help from Sony, I will be returning this and buying another brand.
