    I'm still discovering all the features but the realism created by the 4K picture is very impressive Anna's makes people's faces pop out of the screen and no motion blur either. Every once in awhile the the screen flickers green due to the intense graphics of the show I'm viewing I guess. Otherwise solid 5 stars!

    This TV has an excellent picture quality. Had a little problem adapting it to the Comcast remote, but the instructions that came with it cleared that up. If you are looking for a small TV, I recommend this one.

    Pros- Nice picture but the cons were poor connectivity and a few other things (listed here) Called Sony a couple time trying to fix the issue. Nothing they did helped. I was told connectivity for Sony is 4.2 and Samsung 5.0. Purchased a Samsung..perfect connectivity no issues. Also I felt this TV was a little behind compared to Samsung. The Samsung remote is solar..nice feature. Also, the Blu ray connects with just an HDMI cord no white, yellow, red needed. I think picture etc is just as nice as the Sony and the TV is lighter and thinnner than the Sony. Maybe the connectivity was due to a bad wifi card or something? Who has time for this stuff at Christmas? After jumping through the hoops I returned it and got the Samsung. Both TVs are priced the same. Now Best Buy is giving me a hard time over my points that I used for this earned back in October for a stove purchase. Best Buy makes it pretty difficult to get real help to solve issues and so much incorrect information from employees. Both in store and online give incorrect info. And you can't call a store and get a manager very easily. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

      While we're glad you like the picture quality, we regret to hear if the unit did not meet your expectations and you are having some network connection issues with your TV. We really appreciate your feedback regarding the remote control and other features. This TV has a new standard remote with simplified buttons for ease of use and advanced voice control.

      If the Wi-Fi signal on your TV device drops or intermittently disconnects, we recommend that you try a power restart or reset of your TV and your modem/router first. A power cycle or reset of your devices often resolved these issues. Then if needed, check your network connection status and the troubleshooting steps provided on the link below.
