Great but not with LG soundbar

While we're glad that you like most of the features, we’re sorry to hear you are experiencing some audio issues. If you haven't yet, please verify the HDMI cables you are using are rated for high speed and are at least 18 Gbps cables. Try replacing them if you have not.

Didn't work right out of the box. Won't turn on.

Red light blinking on bottom of tv. Called Sony and they said that means it not going to work. I finally got it to work, set it up, go to turn it on the next time. Same thing, will not turn on again. They don't realize what a huge issue this is for some pe. I am a 60 year old woman who now has to dismantle this tv, get it back in the box, and it's not light weight, carry it down the stairs and out to the car, driver 30 miles to the nearest Bestbut, carry a new one out. Bring it back upstairs and set it up again. It's a big deal when you're not physically equipped to handle this and seriously time consuming. I bought to replace an old sony that lasted for over 10 years so I trusted it. Really frustrating!

Furthermore there wasn’t a manual or instructions included in packaging—this would have been helpful as I had to research online/ then call my cable co to send a tech to assist with connections/ operation.
