    Bought the open box in excellent condition should’ve had all original parts. It came with no feet, no parts to hook up to be mounted on the wall and no booklet.

    Great picture, color is sharp. A little bit of a learning curve when turning on. Smart TV tends to revert to the Home Screen instead of the cable co we use.

Depending on the TV settings, the Home screen will be displayed when the TV is turned on. If you change the following setting, you can change the screen that is displayed when the TV is turned on to the TV broadcast channel or external input such as HDMI that you were watching before turning off the TV.

      Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — select [System] — select [Power & Energy] — select [Power on behavior], and then select [Last input].

      The next time the TV is turned on, the TV broadcast channel or external input such as HDMI that you were watching before turning off the TV will be displayed.

      Get the most out of your TV through the Help Guide and easily find functions that is available on your TV.     I bought an open box but it has a crash down/auto restart with weird loud sound issue that’s been happening quite a lot. the quality of picture/sound is superb. I would rate this 5 star if the crash down issue/auto restart wasnt present.
