I have no problems with the tv. What i have a problem with is best buy overcharged my best buy card and having such great difficulties getting that rectified.

When our Mac desktop died prematurely, I kept the mouse, keyboard and external mike, bought a Mac mini and bought this model as a monitor. Very happy with all the real estate and the clarity of the computer display. Using iPhone on a tripod as a computer camera. The whole system works great at a relatively low cost. Plus the tv picks up through wifi the settings for our streaming subscriptions.

Great TV, but Smart Features Underperform

The hardware and picture are top notch for that purpose. The picture is stunning on streaming and 4K blu-ray. Be prepared to buy something like Apple TV box, Firestick, Roku or some such for streaming movies as the software built into the TV is subpar. Visually the interface looks good, but the performance is like a 10 year old android phone. For example, if I pause a movie on D+, MAX or Prmt+ and it goes to screen saver, the movie will not play again. Restarting the app doesn't work. You have to restart the whole TV. This happens across all apps. And that's not the only performance issue. It's just slow in general. Maybe the processor isn't fast enough to handle the more recent software provided on the TV. I don't know. Switched to Apple TV box so I don't worry about it and the TV is amazing in that role. Just be aware. If you're hooking this up to a streaming or HD cable device, you'll be just fine and very pleased.

I love it! Picture is great, no not need for a sound bar. Scanned w/$25 RCA antenna. I get 90 channels crystal clear, streaming, all platforms, YouTube, everything. 43” screen is ample for my needs. Seems like a very well made set and I expect to enjoy it for years to come. I’m a 66 years old. I set it up myself and it’s a breeze to use.
