Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I live in an apartment, so I'm pretty constrained on how big my tvs can be, fortunately I didn't have to sacrifice any of the features I really wanted to get a smaller screen! 4k, HDR, VRR, and 120hz are all there. Yeah they'll be better on something bigger or more expensive, but this hits the sweet spot that I think alot of people will like. That said, it's kinda frustrating having to swap between input modes everytime I change between watching movies and playing games on my PlayStation 5. Not the end of the world tho.

Excellent quality for a smaller 4K TV

I decided to spend a bit more for this Bravia, and the quality is evident. More solidly built, excellent picture (including Dolby Vision), and the smart features are extensive (more than I need, that’s for sure). Vey happy that I upgraded, about as nice a 4K TV that you can get at this size. I’m sure the bigger sizes are even better.

It has all the bells, whistlers and real-time action speed plus the exact feature that I was looking for when I purchased an interactive TV. I was looking for a TV that is "Bluetooth" ready for my wireless headphones. After checking around I found that there were no other brands or manufactures that provided the Bluetooth software for a 43" size TV. I am really enjoying my Sony X85J 4K UHD picture as well. Very pleased withe the picture and overall viewing. Geek Squad did a great job with the install. Surprised the sound is adequate in the bedroom, but still use our existing soundbar in the living room. We had a Firestick, and was accustomed to that user interface. The Google TV interface is a little quirky, but it's not bad and I'll get used to it. Overall, I recommend this model.

Has an excellent, crisp picture and the interface is fast and snappy. I really like the Google TV setup and the TV is very responsive when using apps. The sound is nice and clear for tv speakers. I’v been very impressed with the quality of the 4K picture - exceeded my expectations. Build quality is great as always from Sony. Just wish the remote could light up to see better at night.

Excellent TV but dishonest "Excellent" Open Box

Was presented to me at pick-up wrapped in bubble wrap without any papers. The remote proved to be from an older model Sony TV and only partially operational with this model. A different local store gave me a workable remote but still not the original remote for this model. The TV is excellent, great picture quality and great sound. Unfortunately, the selling of this "excellent" open box TV without any documentation and with an obsolete remote leaves me very hesitant about ANY open box item in future at any price.
