    Love open box shopping. There is an issue with the wifi connector, connects and disconnects on its own time. sometimes the sound skips and I have to turn off and back on.

    So far so good. Has an excellent, crisp picture and the interface is fast and snappy. I really like the Google TV setup and the TV is very responsive when using apps. The sound is nice and clear for tv speakers. I’ve used it with Apple TV mainly and been very impressed with the quality of the 4K picture - exceeded my expectations. Image is also good with the PC hooked up and the xbox. Build quality is great as always from Sony. Just wish the remote could be a little smaller….

    This is a great TV for the price, especially if you can find it on sale. I wanted a TV around 40" for a covered porch (did not need an official outdoor-rated TV). There aren't too many to choose from in this size that still have a good picture, variety of connections, and smart TV OS from one of the major brands. I tried the Samsung frame and an LG in this size/price point before settling on this Sony. It was far above the others in quality and features.

    I bought this for the size and to use with the xbox x series. It's an awesome picture and keeps right up with the console no matter how much action is going on. Perfect in 4K and perfect in 120hz. Unfortunately, the ad and the salesman didn't tell me that the 4K and 120 hz DO NOT WORK TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME. It's one or the other, changed in the tv settings. For $800, it did not work for me. I ended up going with the Azorus FV43U. Unbelievable. I cannot see how it can be improved on.

To support a 4K 120Hz signal from another device, you will need to set the TV HDMI Signal Format to an Enhanced format for your source device to recognize the 4K 120Hz capability of the TV. Make sure your device is connected to the HDMI 3 or HDMI 4 input on the TV using the supplied Certified Premium HDMI cable.

      Select Settings → Watching TV → External inputs → HDMI signal format.

      Select the input the device is connected to (either HDMI 3 or HDMI 4), and then change the setting to Enhanced format.

    PROS: Menu settings are easy to configure, picture quality is great and has several modes for Movies, gaming, etc. Bluetooth remote feels solid and has an actual numeric pad to switch between channels easily. Television is thin and light, good for wall mounting. CONS: Build quality and durability seems a bit questionable. There is some give in the back panel where its attached to the frame…I checked the store displays and it’s the same thing. You definitely need a soundbar with this TV as the audio from the built-in speakers is a bit weak!

    The best TV I've ever owned! It has so many features and it is very easy to figure out how to use them. I am 73 and if I can do so can anyone. I love the extra bright contrast to make the images sharper to my aging vision. And if I am looking for anything, I just press the microphone button on the remote and ask for it .. and voila!!

    my Sony TV I really like it but it got destroyed in the hurricane Ian and it doesn't work now ask the store if they could replace it and they said no so my loss
