    Purchased this set to replace an older Sony tv in my bedroom, pretty happy with it thus far. I was used to having tvs with limited abilities, so this is my first experience with a smart tv. Some of the settings are hard to find, but searching the internet for answers helped my figure it out. I was able to connect my cable box, Blu-ray player, and Bose sound bar to be controlled by the tv remote.

    Excellent TV . Sharp screen, very good sound, controls fairly easy to use. There are some unfortunate faults: 1. An unlit remote makes reading buttons difficult. 2. Terrible user manual. On line version is very good but it is no substitute for a PAPER version which is not included. 3. Software update assumes owner uses external speakers. 4. No controls on TV, All are on the remote or displayed on screen(no on/off switch for example). 5. In general, the TV is not senior friendly,

    This is my first ever 4k tv and I was looking for something to use with my Xbox SX so it had to support 120hz and don't break the bankz. Buying this open box Tv really brought down the price. My only complains with it are that it didn't come with a remote or a box so it wasn't a great first week with it. Once I bought a remote online (just make sure to find the correct model) I was able to improve the rather dull gaming HDR image.

    Outstanding TV if you are looking for this size. The features are there for the gamers, and the overall picture is crisp very little jitter or shudder once all the fake settings are turned off. The Google UI is well... Ad city, but if you want Android, that is what we are stuck with. This made the perfect Gym room TV

    Sony TV always deliver best natural color while watching regular cable contents as compare to other brands (My previous TV is also a Sony). While using this for streaming or playing 4K contents from a 4K player. You can tell how good the quality of the graphic is and smoothness. You can't go wrong with this TV if you are not going for OLED and/or wanting a TV smaller than 49".

    Despite some conflicting information online, yes this TV is capable of 4K 120hz - you just need to enable it in settings. (Change signal format to enhanced format). Good TV, not the best, but it’s really the only 4K 120hz 43” available anywhere right now.
