    I was skeptical about buying this tv..i usually dont buy sony ..but i was looking for a small tv for my xbox series x. At first i was gonna return due to motion blur and pixelation on [email protected] found out there was an update and fix the issue..im glad i didnt return without calling sony first..Great customer support service.This tv is fast quick response and very low input lag.i also wanna thank the sales associate and manager who helped with this purchase great guys at my local bestbuy. I would highly recommend this tv to casual gamers as competitive gamers you will not be disappointed..this tv looks and plays great.

    Exceeded my expectations. I haven't owned a Sony TV since childhood. I'm coming off a bad run of Vizios. Originally I was looking to go with a Samsung, but the lack of Dolby Vision support was a major gap for me. The Sony was a bit pricier than my initial range, but as I kept walking the store and comparing pictures and specs, the Sony had the best combination. This is an interesting TV in that it has many premium features but knocks the door of a midrange price point. Super impressive colors, contrast, and HDR. Image rivals my living room OLED in my opinion. GoogleTV operating system is very slick as well. Overall, super happy with the Sony X85J and would recommend.

    Best Gaming TV for it’s size and value. HDMI 2.1 on ports 3 and 4. I know there are better ones out there but for now, it’s the only 43” with PS5 / Xbox features in mind. No qualms as of yet

    Air play and Alexa set up was frustrating. Alexa worked for a week then stopped. I had to do a factory rest to get it working again. Picture is good. The screen is very reflective, I needed to get an anti glare film for it.

To use the Apple TV app, AirPlay, and HomeKit, you will need to enable the Sony Smart TV services via the BRAVIA™ TV Privacy Policy. If you experience Apple TV access or connection issues when pairing to an Apple device using the AirPlay app, follow these steps to resolve the issue: A. Restart your Apple device. B. Enable the Sony Smart TV services via the Privacy Policy screen.
      1. On the supplied TV remote, press the HELP button.
      2. Go to Status & Diagnostics, and then select Privacy settings.
      3. On the Privacy Policy screen, read the privacy policy, if you agree, scroll down to the very bottom of the policy, and then agree, at least with respect to Sony Smart TV services, or select the Agree to all option if you desire.
      4. On the TV remote control, press the Input button, and then select AirPlay from the input selection to display the AirPlay menu.

    I bought this TV as the 120 Hrtz was appealing. The TV was well packaged and easy to set up. Once I finished setting up the TV I again set up the TV. This setup was annoying and filled with stuff I didn't need. Here's the kicker not even a day after I bought the TV the sound stopped working and I went back to the store and got another TV. All and all the TV functions well and is easy to access the different apps. The voice to remote function is great to have and easy to use
