    This tv is so nice, a little expensive but totally worth it. We use it outside on a covered deck and the picture is great, love it!

    Love this but the backlight keeps dimming. Will actually be doing one final session with Sony support and if they can’t fix it on their end (via software), I’ll be exchanging it. I have all the settings correct to not dim ever. I’ve worked in television manufacturing for 13 years so I’m not a total idiot on this stuff (although I always first assume user error). I do use this tv on its brightest settings for hours at a time as background noise. But it should be ok. I should be shortening the year lifespan (tvs have hours of life, not years), but it shouldn’t be causing the backlights to dim.

    Great TV but short of 5 starts due to the distortion with fast motion on reality setting. Otherwise, the picture is excellent (disable reality and no distortion).
