    Sony X85J 4k is a very nice looking tv not to be OLED. When the broadcast is in 4k, the picture is fantastic.

    So I bought the 65900H lay year, I must say, I don't really miss the local dimming. Overall, the model is pretty great, minus a star for not having some of the features like VRR available at launch. I purchased it for a fairly bright office/gaming room. It does decent with glare. The sound is abysmal, as it is on all TVs these days, so I picked up the HTS 200F. For the price and small footprint, it does well with adding lower frequencies. Overall, the tv was a great purchase, and really the only available in the size with the advanced features for the PS5 and Series X I use it with.

    1st off let me say that it is very unfortunate to have to give a Sony TV alow rating. This is my 3rd! I had High hopes but once i set the TV up the screen would go black randomly for a couple of seconds. This happened while I was watching cable, playing a game on a PS5, or streaming. I upgraded my 4k HDMI cables to "better" ones and it still happened. Unfortunately I had to return the TV. When it did work out was exactly what you'd expect from a Sony TV.

    I bought this tv to play my Xbox Series X on. It works very good . 4k@120 hz can be used with hdr10 but not dolby, Woopty doo. Great brightness and beautiful colors.

      To support a 4K 120Hz signal from another device, you will need to set the TV HDMI Signal Format to an Enhanced format for your source device to recognize the 4K 120Hz capability of the TV. Make sure your device is connected to the HDMI 3 or HDMI 4 input on the TV using the supplied Certified Premium HDMI cable.

      Select Settings → Watching TV → External inputs → HDMI signal format.

      Select the input the device is connected to (either HDMI 3 or HDMI 4), and then change the setting to Enhanced format.
