    If you are looking for a TV with all of the latest features, look no further. This TV has all of the bells and whistles, and even supports NextGen ATSC 3.0 for 4k OTA broadcasts. I did a lot of comparison shopping before selecting the X85J, it was one of the few that checked off every feature on my wish list.

    Easy to set up. and has a great image. I just had to slide in the feet portion so it could stand on my entertainment center and plug it in. After hooking up my cable connection, logging into to the TV and logging into my Wifi it was ready to go. Very easy and quick set up. Happy with this purchace.

  • Grainy picture and gradients when watching as a TV

    The more I watch this TV, the less I like it. My main issue is with the poor quality of the picture - it is grainy, especially where there are dark colors, like the sleeve of someone’s coat. It cannot display natural color gradients - any screen with what should be subtle color changes have jagged lines demarcating where one shade of the color ends and another begins. This even happens with black scenes and is very annoying. I tried adjusting all clarity and motion settings, and got the graininess dialed down a bit, but can’t get rid of the gradient color effect. This is all streamed content on a high speed internet connection. The two DVDs I have tried to watch since getting this TV 5 weeks ago were both blurry. There have also been a few days where the Google menu hasn’t worked so I can’t maneuver anywhere on the home screen, but that seems to have fixed itself. I am just so disappointed in the picture! I bought a Sony as I was getting tired of dirty screen effects from Samsung 4K TVs, but at least Samsung doesn’t have issues with grainy, choppy pictures. Regretting my purchases, but too late to return to Best Buy.

  • Great TV, but a rarely a bit slow

    The quality of the videos are amazing. And the adding of a chromecast helps me a lot since my old tv did not have that. My old TV wasn't even capable of making some apps work properly. This TV cost me a good amount of money, but it was worth it. playing my PS5 at the moment there, and it looks amazing.
