    The tv has frozen twice. Have to unplug the power supply ajd plug it back in to get it to power on correctly

    Stunning picture and 120hz for this price is amazing (for a 43 inch to have that is hard to find regardless) tv, movies and games (xbox series x) look awesome! The details look flawless.

    Absolutely love this TV! My first Sony, I'm normally a Samsung guy but decided to try the x85j and the picture is out of this world. 120hz UHD is the next level lol

    Love the picture, especially the 120hz refresh. My teenage boys say they can see the improvement in picture quality over their old set (HD, not 4K, 60hz refresh) when watching action movies.

    Great TV. Easy to set up and assemble. Did not mount - using table top stand. Streaming services only - easy to access App Store and download. Picture is great and sound is decent.

    This is an excellent middle to upper tier screen. Excellent picture. I have enjoyed using the google base operating platform. It’s easy to set up and get apps for streaming.

    I saw my first Sony Bravia back in the aughts and have wanted one ever since. This was worth the wait. The picture quality is unlike anything I've had the pleasure to spend hours watching, and the sound is above average for tv speakers. I love watching anything HD or 4K on this, it all looks great. Even old non-HD content looks good, but the higher resolution, the more I love it. Network shows, streaming shows, dramas, action - everything looks amazing. Months later and I'm still in awe.

    The tv is quite clear, color vibrant. Easy setup. Internal speakers are not equivalent with the picture quality. Make sure you have a video receiver for surround sound.

    As of July 2021, this was the only 4k 120hz 43" sized TV with HDMI 2.1 connections on the market. Ideal for gaming if you dont want a 50 inch class TV or larger.
