The tv has a good picture and is "smart", but those capabilities are limited. Netflix is built in, but cannot get other streaming services like Hulu or Amazon, and no web browser. As such, I have to mark it down to 4 stars.

It's been about a month now since I purchased the TV! Love the picture and size of the screen. Clarity is great with everything in HD! I highly recommend this model. SONY makes a great product too! The brand is A No 1 in my book!

i really like this new TV...so far I only have the ability to watch shows via DVD because of my location and lack of cable hookup but so far I think the quality is very nice and I also like the clicker that works as a universal device.

This tv lives in my son's "video game cave". I wanted something big enough and with an excellent picture without going crazy on the budget. He usually sits close enough that 4K was not necessary. Love Sony and this is a great fit.

This tv displays the sharpest colors ive ever seen. Buying another one for the spare bedroom in our llama shed. Would've given 5 stars but my nephew Jonathan cut his beautiful hand opening box. Why so hard to open?

Great tv. However, it takes a long time to connect to the Internet. When I turn the tv on, it takes a few minutes for me to be able to get onto Netflix. It says "please try again later" when I press the Netflix button.

We bought this TV for my mother in law and she loves it! She is hard of hearing and the sound is good for her and doesn't seem distorted at the upper range of the speakers. Picture is great as well. Would definitely buy again.

For 400$, there is no better TV. We are using ours more than we expected: listening to music, watching YouTube and Netflix. For those whith console games, the movement is top notch. For this price category, this is the best.

The TV is a nice size and is great quality. Enjoying it, especially since it's a "smart tv". My husband and I made a great choice and had several options to choose from. The price was right for what we purchased.

So far so good don't have any complaints just a hassle I keep getting this output block message when I turn tv on I tried to get rid of it so it doesn't pop up everytime but other than that picture is good quality

It was a replacement when movers broke my similar model. The smart TV aspect works well and is easier than my earlier model. Screen resolution is good and it is easy to use. I like Sony products in general.

The only issue with this Tv is that it takes a few minutes to connect to the internet every time you turn it on. I don't have cable so since I only use it for internet content, it's not the best option.

I bought this tv as a replacement for a $1200.00 lbs Sony I had for about 8 years and could not believe how great the picture was on this led. It was only $400.00 bucks and has the best picture! Very pleased with my purchase

Great TV. Easy to set up. Price is amazing. Connected seamlessly with my Sony soundbar. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the streaming channels selection which is important to me because I cut the cable cord years ago. I am not sure if I am missing something but it only has like 6 channels and I will only use 3 (Netflix, amazon and YouTube). Can't figure out if there is a way to download more. Was looking for a smart tv to eliminate the need for my roku device. But will have to hook it up anyway so the smart tv aspect of the tv is pointless.

Its not a 4K TV but its still a nice and clear picture. We have this in a second bedroom and it allows a moderately big picture for regular tv, Netflix, blu-ray, and video game use. I would highly recommend this TV.

Very pleased with the color and performance of this product. The Netflix button on the remote is really useful!! You won't be disappointed with the brilliant color and performance even if you have a gammer at home!!

The TV was very easy to set up and begin using. It has an excellent picture and sound. My only negative is that it only has two HDMI inputs and I had to buy something to allow me to connect another device.

Bought this TV right after Christmas, setup was simple. Chose over Samsung at same price due to 120 refresh rate even though we have a Samsung in our den that we love. Picture is really good and I am very pleased.

When your in the mood to watch a certain television program, movie or "Netflix and Chill". I highly recommend this TV. It has all you need to watch said program. Click a few buttons and let your imagination take over.

Due to an unexpected accident w/our "old" TV, we had to replace it really quickly. It fits the space we needed it to and while a bit slow when 1st turned on, the color, quality and performance are really good.
