Easy setup and awesome picture! Great Sony value!!

This tv was a bit pricey for this size considering I could have purchased a larger tv of better quality for a lesser price but my wall would not accommodate anything bigger. Also, one of the HDMI inputs in the very back is blocked when using a standard wall mount. It's a nice tv but there is better for the price.

Great installation job, terrific picture and sound.

I absolutely love this TV. Especially the updates.

I was shopping for a 40" TV that was on sale knowing I had room for a larger TV. After speaking with a sales associate I was shown other options and decided on a 48" that fits in the space perfect. Price was good and associate was very helpful.

This Sony TV is a great value. I'd give it 4 stars, but it has crashed twice in the two months since purchase. Powering on and off has fixed it both times. A minor inconvenience really. Otherwise, setup was a breeze and I love how it looks.

It has a built in program that can't be turned off. Very time you use the remote control a voice tells you I found it extremely annoying Brought the TV back otherwise it's a great TV

This is a great TV for your bedroom or a small living room. However, you should know that it doesn't have built in apps for amazon, Hulu or web browsing. I had to get an amazon fire stick and that solved the issue. Otherwise, great TV.

I love this TV but it only has two HDMI ports and the speakers are kind of soft. I bought a sound bar which has defiantly improved the sound. I also bought an HDMI spliter which connected easy and works great.

Picture not as expected. Your geek person, Mike, did not want to make Adjustment, even on one channel, giving excuse it would be different On all other channels. This is a smart TV, and Mike did not want to give Instruction on how,to use it. I paid $99 for set up, and he was rushing To leave premises, saying that was not part of set up. Am very disappointed since I paid $99 for this. He was most definitely in a hurry to leave, and not explain or connect settings properly. I also told him the faces were very pale in color, and he would not attempt to improve even this, saying it could not be done. Am very disappointed, having paid for set up.

Great tv but BB didn't have a wall mount to fit and I can't find the right one online. Even with the screw extensions (included) the plugs won't fit in behind the Vertical mounting bar That I have on the wall mount already installed

the hdmi connection is blocked access when you wall mount...only works with specific wall mount and not universal. I returned it.

Whenever we look to buy any technology or audio, visual devices we have always come to Best Buy because the people have been technically sound, helpful and honest when providing their opinions if asked to do so. I guess you could say our family is pretty loyal to making such purchase at Best Buy

We bought this television for our bedroom and have had no problems so far. Motion can be a little blurry at times but uts not bad.

Excellent tv has full internet browser and a simple user friendly operating system. Read reviews of some saying screen is too dark or too rich in color. I went into settings and changed them to my liking with no problems at all. I would recommend this tv to everyone. Love it

The TV has a good clean look with a great motion rate for sporting events. Colors aren't as bright as an OLED TV but it is less then half the price which makes it a great buy!

I really enjoy Sony products, this is the 3rd TV i have bought. I gave one to my mom, ex-wife and me..The only downfall this TV has is lack of ports. If you have alot of toys, this won't connect them all.

I finally figured out how to use Netflix button. The screen does not show entire picture when on regular broadcast channels so Sony is just OK not outstanding if you watch much regular Chanel's.

We purchased the 48" and wish that we had looked at a slightly different model as we could have gone larger. Be sure to check the display size when buying. Otherwise we LOVE the TV. Very clear, beautiful screen and can be viewed from several angles in the room.

I had to return 3 times the tv, Sony w650d. Only the picture quality is proper, actually very good, & that is all. It takes long time to stream, & something the sound hoes off by itself, & you hate to turn off the tv in order for the sound to get back. As I said. Good picture quality,& the rest is questionable.
