||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 10 years of steady use 8am till 11pm 7 days a week ---- our Sony Bravo TV went on the blink ---- found it would be cheaper to replace than repair ---- so went into Best Buy and found our old faithful unit and the wife started looking at the 4k unit and comparing them After about 20 minutes talking to Sales Girl/Lady she decided on the 4K unit and I can assure you that she has never been happier.

Best service at Best Buy

But the accessories, manual and screws were missing. So i brought back it to the nearest Bestbuy store. Customer support and Geek Squad guys were super friendly and professional. They replaced the item with a brand new one. Took about 10 minutes to get everything examined. Thanks. I'd recommend Bestbuy at Pentagon City, Arlington, VA

Great TV at a great price

And it's light enough for me to move around by myself, even though it is almost as large as my other 50 inch TVs (plasma screens) that take two people to move. The instructions for how to install the stand need major revision to improve clarity. However, now that I've figured THAT out, I'll never have to do it again. So all is well.

Nice for Gaming

Yes, I could have moved up a notch or two, but for my needs, this panel offers a nice balance between price and picture quality. With a little tweaking, Netflix in 4K looks pretty good too. For all intents, I'm ready for the PS4 Pro, or the PS5 when its released. Again, good quality for the money.
