I bought this TV as an open box after talking with a sales person on what it is I was looking for. The color and picture is just awesome and when using the TV speakers you get a crisp clean sound. Not muffled like most flat panel TV's. 2160p and an android TV to make this set a great deal.

This is a good TV, It has great color and sound. Easy to put together

I love my TV. The HDR makes everything really clear and crisp. The tv speaker is ok for a tv, but it is really brought to life with a sound system of some sort. My family and I watched the Jungle book recently, and it was incredible watching it on this TV compared to my old one.

Was amazed at the ease of setup and the amazing picture quality.

Sony continues to put out excellent products. This is my 2nd Sony TV purchase this year

I knew I wanted a TV from a top major brand. I visited two Best Buy stores and spoke with 2 knowledgeable sales person. Both showed models and size I was interested in. There were some benefits to the Sony and I selected it. Only issue I had was that it did not recognize a special character I used in my home WIFI that complicated the set-up.

I am very glad I made this purchase, though it was very hard to locate one in my area.

Clear colors, great sound, clear pictures you can even see the 5 O'clock shadow on news reporters. I never thought I would turn down going to the theater, but who needs it when it looks just as good at home without the noise of popcorn crunching in my ear. It's perfect

The 4K screen is crystal clear & gorgeous; the set up very easy to follow. The real draw back was assembling for a stand - the TV came with the wrong size screws. I had to go to a hardware store for sizes that might work (not addressed in any instructions).

The picture is so crisp and vivid on this TV! Love the smart tv capability and how easy it is to switch between regular tv and all the apps. The normal sound quality is decent but of course using a stereo receiver or sound bar makes it sound more full and strong.

Shopped the brands, sales and open box items, this TV model shined above the others in the same price range with a excellent resolution and motion graphics. Setup was easy with existing BluRay and cable interface. Enjoy the one remote even to change cable channels.

Great product for an upgrade from a 10-year-old TV. The price was great for a 4k smart TV but there isn't much of a "wow" factor with the functions or picture quality. It seems a little slow to react to remote requests, like adjusting volume or changing input. My biggest dislike is the too-fast playback. Even with adjusting the settings, it's annoying to me to be listening to audio that is too fast and watching visual camera moves being too fast, as well as people and other movement. This is across the board--cable, apps, and dvd player all have playback that is too fast. Most people might not notice this but to me it's obvious when I'm watching something I'm already familiar with. It's especially disruptive during epic movies or dramatic scenes, and action scenes are way too busy and fast. When asked, Best Buy said the tv adjusts this way to reduce blurred/fuzzy images on the big screen but it's disappointing. I'd rather have a little fuzziness than tv that changes the intended delivery of what I want to enjoy watching. It's not worth taking back, though, because the price is amazing for what the technology is these days.

This TV is beautiful and full of bells and whistles and it was on sale to boot. Super clear picture and gaming is wonderful and clear. All the HDMI plugs will allow me to add all my electronics. Buy this on sale and love it to death. You will not be disappointed.

Got the TV and HD service just before the grammys and Daytona 500. Was blown away by picture quality. Sound not so great but the low end Sony sound bar addition cured that. Extremely pleased. Together they cost less than the 14yr old Sony 36 I replaced!

The picture quality is excellent and this Sony has all the advantages of a smart TV. We especially appreciate the ease of accessing Netflix! There's 'something' about the sound quality, though. I wear hearing aids and the audio seems to have too much treble and inadequate bass to balance it. All in all, very satisfied.

I've been a Sony consumer and replaced an antiquated flat screen with this model. I was truly impressed with this Bravia model. Sound, picture clarity, etc. are superb. Better than my Samsung UHD IMHO. No regrets with this purchase. Great price too.
