Only issue is the sound, background music is too loud and the speaking sound is muffled on some programs. Only suggestion from Geek Squad is buy a sound bar.

Posted .Hi JB9068, We're sorry to hear about what happened. You have an option to turn off the built in wifi of the tv but we recommend to have your tv connected to the internet to get software updates for performance stability. To isolate the issue, you can refer to the links below:
