I love this tv. The colors are vivid and the tv has google and chromecast so I can download apps and stream directly from my phone. Only downside i'm having is losing sound from my soundbar sometimes when switching inputs. Its a bug with the latest update because everything was fine when i first bought it

Absolutely Love this Sony TV. I also own a 55'" Sony Bravia 4K HDR and feel the Picture on this 49" X900F Series is Much Better. The apps with TV are nice. Easy to use! Fantastic TV

The Sony 900F is a special kind of LED. The motion is the best Iv'e seen and I think in this case better then my Sony Z9D. It doesn't have the blacks or last word in detail vs the Z9D but for the money this TV is something special. It's my vote for the best 2018 LED model so far.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this TV. Sharp images with vibrant colors, and smooth refresh rates. I Especially love it for sports or PPV events. Highly recommend it!!

this Sony Bravia TV, has the best picture I have seen. Its easy to operate and has many plug in ports. The voice activation feature works very well, even with my accent.

This TV is fantastic. The picture quality is amazing. Big screen with lots of features. Easy to use and sound is great. I have always purchased Sony TVs and been very pleased.

Enjoy the power it provides for gaming, and color is vivid, as a tv enjoying how sharp objects appear, would buy Sony again.

This is a really great television. I did my research and knew this wasn't necessarily on the top of the television food chain. I owned a plasma before this one so I really just wanted an upgrade for gaming and movies. This TV gave me a lot more. My games and movies look clearer than expected. It manages to do this without making any effects look "cheesey" or fake (unless they already are). The picture has been consistently smooth. Mix all this with 4K streaming and I'm sold. It was $250 off when I bought it. Otherwise it would've been out of my budget.

Have been watching our new Sony x900F tv for a few weeks. Very happy with purchase. Great sharp picture; clear detail; brilliant color; and great for movies and sports.

We lived in Atlanta for thirty years, and in all that time we bought only Sonys. My last one before I retired was an XBR3 which we moved over to the country and which lasted about fifteen years. It gave out last spring, and I've been looking for a new one. This 49 inch X900F was perfect for our bedroom. I set it up myself, very easy to do, connected it to the cable, and I now get some wonderful pictures on it, bright colors, fairly good sound. I have in mind a Sony sound bar to enhance the experience. It's a pretty fine television, and we at very happy with the purchase.

Nice upgrade from the 43" Sony this replaced - most of the improvement seems to be with the darker pictures - the transition is not noticeable as it could be on the older LED sets. The only minor knocks I have are the placement of the HDMI and headphone jacks, not easy to get to once the TV is in place as those are set back making it difficulty to reach those, which in my case is within a built-in - the factory stand makes the set-back a bit deeper by several inches - so if the TV was wall mounted on an articulating mount, this wouldn't be an issue. Admitted Sony loyalist.

Wonderful choice, the picture is excellent, the setup was straight forward and the adaptation to our sound system and service provider was seamless.

Great picture quality. Easy to set up, Easy to use . Intuitive menu system and controls. I continue to be a long time fan of Sony TVs.

Beautiful clear, vivid picture. The only thing that I don't like is the manual does not give enough info on using the remote and all the features the TV offers.

Pros - Great picture and color, and great for watching sports. Cons - picture loses black and colors turns hazy as the viewing angle increases.

The good: Very bright, good picture adjustment options, decent full local dimming. The bad: Bloom is evident in high contrast dark scenes, Android TV is a bit laggy, remote feels and looks a bit cheap. Verdict: I've been using it for pretty much everything, as a computer monitor it works well although there is no g-synch, 60hz is pretty much it at least at high resolution. Movies look fantastic, as does upscale from 1080p for television. I would definitely recommend this for an all around screen.

Easy set-up. Colors are the best. Output is perfect. Sound is very good be itself (although I did buy a sound bar).

The TV was easy to hook up and has worked flawlessly. The picture is fabulous. Next step is to cut the cord and reduce the monthly cable costs.

Purchased a newer Sony TV and it’s quality is what one would expect from this brand. Sleek design, easy to operate, and great picture.
