The staff is so knowledgeable, it was an easy decision. Highly recommend this TV. The staff were so helpful I was in and out of the store in 45 minutes with my new Sony 49" XBR TV. I have always bought Sony products, and this TV does not disappoint. Kudos to Best Buy and Sony...

Android TV (on this model at least) has many options for streaming, but I wish there were a few more for people who are integrated into the Apple ecosystem without having to buy an Apple TV 4K, such as the Apple TV app or AirPlay availability.

SONY is simply the best.

Love the small frame and slim profile. Bought the sound bar with it as it makes a huge difference in sound quality and gives you audio choices. The technology (remotes/program) takes a little while to get familiar with but in time it got easier. Bought it on special at BB, great value for super quality picture... very satisfied with the whole experience.

The colors are quite extraordinary, clarity and contrast are outstanding. The only thing I have not quite figured out yet is how to keep the sound on one HDMI while using another HDMI. I also wish it had another digital sound output connecter. Overall very satisfied.

Great TV

No concerns about LCD burn in; there was none (get a Geek Squad warranty if you're concerned buying open box). Local dinning is not bad. Colors and HDR are good on this TV. Android TV could be updated to Android 9, and is good enough to replace the streaming sick I used with my old TV. Sony design style is great.
