    We have Sony TVs throughout our house and purchased this one for our son’s room because we thought the quality would be a step above the less expensive, off-name brands. The TV just simply stopped turning on 6 weeks after purchasing. We attempted to get help from Best Buy (because it’s a BRAND NEW TV THAT COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING FIR NO APPARENT REASON 6 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASING) and Best Buy told us that they couldn’t help because we were outside the 15 day return window (???). They did offer to send out a repair technician at a cost to us (um, no thank you …). I contacted Sony directly and they are replacing the TV for us at no cost. In fact, the replacement TV shipped today. This has been an egregiously terrible customer service experience with Best Buy. They absolutely should have taken care of this. I suspect that our lemon of a TV is an anomaly and that the replacement TV will be fine. We have not had any problems with the 6 other Sony TVs throughout our house (all purchased more than 5 years ago).

    It took a bit to figure out how to set up tv, but we got it working. Turns on immediately, great picture and sound.

    I gave this a 3 because I love Sony tvs. This was a purchase for someone else and they returned it because Sony doesn’t support Spectrum streaming which the service they use. I would recommend only if you don’t subscribe to Spectrum streaming services.

    Purchased the New Bravia 3 TV over the older models after a discussion with the Best Buy Sales Consultant. He provide very useful information and offered valuable advise. Delivery to the store took 2 days, as promised. The pick-up was easy and set-up the same. The image quality is very good. At this point, I've only set it up as a standard TV but once I'm used to its operation via my DISH remote, I'll activate the Google TV feature.
