    I was a little hesitant to purchase this because it had no reviews but I am extremely happy that I did. It has access to all the apps you could want (Hulu, Netflix, etc.). The menu is easy to use and responsive. The picture quality is excellent! I connected my PS5 to it and i think the picture quality is better than our 85" Sony. Perhaps I need to upgrade the cables on the 85". The sound is ok I suppose. I would prefer to pair this with a Sony soundbar and wireless subwoofer, but it would be too loud at that point.

    My Sony was just about 17 years old, I thought the picture and sound was okay. The Salesman said I would be blown away with the new one - he was right. Beautiful picture and I don't even need a sound bar! The Salesman was easy to work with, pointed out the features and I'm very happy with it. Thank you.

    We bought this to replace a 10 year-old Sony TV. The picture and sound is wonderful. My only complaint is sometimes it will freeze up, but that may be our Internet connection.

To troubleshoot the freezing behavior, we recommend performing a soft reset on your TV. This can often resolve temporary glitches. To do this, press and hold the POWER button on your remote for at least 5 seconds until the TV restarts automatically.

      Also, you may enable the simple IP control by going to settings > network & internet > home network > IP control > simple IP control, this will enhance the network connection on your TV.

    I returned a Sony because of several issues, i was reluctant to get another Sony, but instead i swapped it out for a Samsung. Hooking up was easy and the picture quality is excellent and hookup was a breeze.

    Love the picture quality, but had some difficulty with the mounting instructions. Turns out the 4 female/male screws that come with the product are not needed for all wall mounts. After screwing them in as instructed then discovered it was a mistake we could only remove 3 of the 4 screws so now the tv is a crooked on the wall.

    It's a fine tv. I have the comparable Samsung in another room as well and can honestly say that the sound quality straight from the Sony TV is far and away better than the other and to me, that's worth it. Don't get me wrong, it can still benefit from a sound bar, but out of the box, it sounds great.

    We have 2 65” a 75” few 34” this 50” was bigger for bedroom however very happy,had other brands: because of SONY and their high quality we will only buy SONY. Thank you Best Buy for selling me a good product that I recommend
