I was lucky enough to land both the PS5 and Series X and I will tell you, the difference in picture quality on 120hz games (COD/Halo) is amazing. It took a little bit to get everything set up to the best experience but after watching one YouTube video on the best settings, it was pretty simple.

Great TV after multi year use

The true 4k 120hz is gorgeous. It is still the best display I have for high visual fidelity, but sometimes I do regret not going with an OLED TV.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The picture quality and colors look almost as good as an oled with none of the disadvantages, however there are several issues I’ve had with the software like the sound stopped working, or my blue tooth headphones keep crackling, or the internet sometimes shuts off. I expected better from Sony. I don’t fully regret this purchase as this tv looks much better than my brother’s 4k LG tv but moving forward I’ll get an LG oled.

Please also ensure the software version is updated. Restarting the TV is also a recommendation.
Power Reset or Restart Options
If the power cord is accessible, try a power reset. If not, then use either of the restart options.
Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in.
Restart the TV with the supplied remote control:
-Press and hold the POWER button until Power off appears on the screen
-Press and hold the POWER button until a menu appears → select Restart
Restart the using the menu. On the remote:
Press (Quick Settings) → Settings → System → Restart → Restart
Press HOME → navigate to Settings → About → Restart → Restart
Press HOME → navigate to Settings → Device Preferences → About → Restart → Restart
