Theres different options of picture quality but none really looked right. Years ago i bought a tv for myself and when i bought it they offered to cone and set it up and adjust the picture quality to its best look but that wasnt offered when i bought this one so maybe they dont do that anymore.

Absolutely Disappointed

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I was considering a new TV, I remember being very pleased with a couple of audio products I have of theirs (headphones, portable speaker) that I decided to give Sony a try. Huge mistake. This is the worst TV I have ever owned. While the picture is good, pretty much everything else about the TV completely sucks. Operating System - EXTREMELY slow and clunky when navigating the menus. Often resets itself back to the home menu. I uninstalled all apps besides Netflix and YouTube, didn't see a performance improvement. When watching native apps, the TV will shut off and restart or return itself to the home screen more than once an hour. Sound - I am using the TV with a new Sony soundbar, connected per instructions through HDMI. Sound output to soundbar regularly drops out, sometimes reconnects on its own and sometimes requiring resetting the soundbar. Inputs - I have been watching YouTube using a Nintendo Switch on input one, which seems to get around the issue of the TV resetting itself all the time. Except there is still an issue with the sound disconnecting from the soundbar. Overall, I am so angry that I didn't keep the packaging material for the TV and I might have a hard time returning it. But I advise anyone, please avoid buying this TV at all costs. I have owned both cheap and expensive smart TVs from other brands and never had issues like this.
