    TV connecting with sound bar issue

    I have a sound bar and sometimes the TV reverts back to the TV speakers. Neighbor has msme TV and their TV does the same thing. This problem occurs several times over the course of several hours while watching programs.

Power reset the TV, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on Update the software of your TV. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.

    The TV is not the problem

    TV is fine but legs are kind of scrawny. Customer service stinks and a few of the workers (which will remain nameless) are not pleasant to work with. I was charged 3 times when I purchased this TV and went theough alot of aggravation getting it straight.

    This Sony TV is excellent in everything you look for in a TV. The Android OS works smoothly with the hardware except the screen saver will never start automatically. I did think that $200 was a bit pricey for delivery and install.

    Good TV, nothing spectacular. Sometimes when it's turned on there's a screen that gives options on whether you want to watch TV or other things. It's inconsistent and very annoying. Sometimes the sound is like it's in a tin can.

    Beautiful picture, but

    The TV has a beautifully clear picture! Now that we are at home, we cannot get Directv. Once in a while we fall into it but can't do it by plan. We are hooked up thru our son in law's connection so we don't know where the problem is.

    Not being able to change channels without the channel numbers on the remote is a very poor feature...way to much clicking

    My old television quit working. I went to Best Buy. The representative was knowledgeable and had all the answers to my questions. I made my selection, and Geek Squad delivered and set up my new television.

    TV works fine, but the menus are not what I'd call easy to navigate. This replaces a similar 6-year old Sony TV that failed after just six years. Hoping this one lasts longer, but it seems they are designed this way.

    Video quality is superb. Very high definition screen and crisp images. The home screen & smart functions are slow and frustrating to deal with because it's really lagging.

    Good TV but better Samsung

    Sony TV purchased for placement on mantle over fireplace. However, stand/was too large to place TV there. Returned and replaced with same size Samsung unit with smaller footprint. Worked out perfectly!

    I have no complaints with Best Buy service for me. However, the Sony TV is another subject. The picture does not rise to my expectations compared with my old 32" 2009 Sony flat panel, which died. Also, the information supplied with the TV is minimal for me to understand how to use it, especially for the minimal TV remote. No User Instructions were provided. That's why I rated the review "fair". Up to this point I have been highly satisfied with Sony Products; no more.
