And a very nice sound system. I was a bit upset that I had to write so many yeses for little clubs and for all sorts of things because I wanted to pay for it and installments for a year. But we finally got all of that paperwork done, and it was so complicated once I got the TV home I found out that it was permanently locked on Google tv, and nobody at Best buy could do anything about it. Nobody seemed to know how to get away from the Google tv. So I wanted to return it but some assistant manager with red hair came in and said sure they would pick it up, but it was going to cost me $100. I told him that was ridiculous. But he insisted so I told him I was just going to return it. He didn't blink an eye. He told me to go ahead and do it. So I finally got some folks to help me bring the TV into my pickup truck, as I am handicapped, and I think I'm still a member of some silly club. I'll wait until my credit card statement comes out and I'm sure I will leave the club membership. I've also decided not to buy anything else from best buy. They say if you are in retail and you please somebody the customer will tell 10 people. If you don't please them they will tell 100.

The only thing that bugs me is the lack of a remote control. I specifically read the notes and they said "everything is included. Open box special" There were other TV that had "no remote" listed. When I got my TV, which was supposed to have everything included, guess what's missing..... THE REMOTE Since all the "genius" TV designers make TVs without any buttons, I ended up with a useless hunk of plastic. I had to go and get a remote to be able to use the TV. I've gone through 4 remotes already and IDK if it's the TV or the remotes, but the functions are like 5 seconds delayed. You press the volume and you have to wait 5 seconds for it to actually do anything. I guess I see why a $600 TV was only $200
