Sony TV - A bit underwhelming

I have owned Sony TV in the past and I was very happy. The Sony X77L TV functioned well, but the picture was not what I had expected. The colors were washed out and not very good! I did return the TV and the return was easy enough. Customer Service was good. I really appreciated that.
