While we're happy that like most of the features, we're sorry you've been running into some difficulties operating the unit using Google assistant. The X77L comes with a wireless remote control offering many features, including the convenience of voice control and battery powered. With Google Assistant built-in, you can ask your Google Assistant to check the score of your favorite team, control your TV, dim the lights, and more - using just your voice. This TV also works with Alexa. You can connect your Alexa-enabled devices for seamless hands-free control of a Sony TV.

You may experience a lower quality picture than specified for your TV for several reasons. To experience the highest quality picture on your TV, the video source should be the same quality (HD, 4K, etc.) as specified for your TV

Any sports the tv can’t keep up with and gets glitchy. Called the Sony support and they blamed it on my streaming service which I have used for multiple years and on other TVs with no issues.
