I got the 50” Sony Bravia and its picture is just as great as my 65” Sony Bravia. The sound is good. It doesn’t really need a Sound bar since the built in speakers have good quality and not tinny sounding as other tvs. The salesman was polite and very helpful.

Bright color, easy set up (I had replaced an old Sony), prompt delivery service, questions answered with suggestions from my Best Buy salesperson and the price was right. All in time for college football season! The only addition I am considering is a sound bar down the line. All in all I am very satisfied.

In fact, you can definitely get away without buying a separate sound bar. I was going to go with a less well-known brand, but decided this would hold up better over time. This Sony TV is very slow and sluggish starting.

Takes forever to load the apps. Sometimes I have to reboot it. It doesnt work at all as efficiently as my other bigger Sony TV. I am thinking of putting a claim in for exchanging it under warranty. It is not working properly. When it does come on finally, it has a good picture. But the negatives outweigh the positive. Not happy.

The only problem I’ve had is that moving around between apps or whatever in the interface would be really slow at times. However, the tv came with so many apps already downloaded on the home page so I deleted a bunch that I don’t use and this fixed the issue.
