Sony Has discontinued this feature. Google TV imo is simple to navigate also.

When we set it up we saw it had a fractured screen. Called Best Buy and had a new one the next day. They were great on solving this. No hassle at all. Was impressed with the service.

I was hesitant to download google tv cuz it doesn’t have Hulu on it without downloading google. I did it anyway and it worked out fine. It just has a whole lot of other apps I don’t need. I recommend this TV.

Need different controller for digital channels

No internet and only an antenae, so to select digital channels need a controller with numbers and dot or dash. controller that comes with unit has no such features so had to go out of pocket and order another controller, after many hours of research.

This Sony TV is very slow and sluggish starting.

Takes forever to load the apps. Sometimes I have to reboot it. It doesnt work at all as efficiently as my other bigger Sony TV. I am thinking of putting a claim in for exchanging it under warranty. It is not working properly. When it does come on finally, it has a good picture. But the negatives outweigh the positive. Not happy.

I looked at several screens in this price range and this was far and away the best screen for the money. Very vibrant colors and above average blacks. Even in dark scenes the information is very viewable. Would definitely buy again for a third screen in house

Issues with Bose Soundbar (ARC)

The picture is good and Google tv integration is great. Smooth navigation switching from different apps. The remote is great too. Nothing fancy, but the layout is great. The big issue is the HDMI ARC isn't producing any sound on my Bose soundbar. When I turn on the tv. A message pops up saying "switching audio to external speakers", but no sound comes out. My old Sony (non-smart) tv I replaced it with had no issues, and yes. I've tried 3 different HDMI cables. So far, the only thing that's worked is unplugging and re-plugging the cable. Unfortunately, I'm going back to the store and returning the tv.
