    Purchased a new TV out of need, because my TV just stopped. Replaced a 10 year old TV of an off brand with a Sony - huge difference in sound, color and quality of picture.

    This TV is middle of the pack to me. I was told it would interact with my PS5 better than other options which is not fully true. I believe I could have gotten the same quality with cheaper options. With that being said the display is great.

    So far this is a very nice tv. My Samsung gave out after three and a half years so I am hopeful with this Sony. It was very easy to set up and good picture and color.

    The tv image itself is great. The software that manages this tv is terrible. The built in wifi does not work and will not detect available networks. Apparently this is a common Bravia issue. The tv will switch from a current input to the home page randomly, terrible for games. The menu interface is laggy and the integration with the Sony soundbar is jumpy. Volume function is inconsistent. If this werent a smart tv, it would be great. But the software ruins the experience

We also recommend updating the software of your TV. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.
