Angle viewing is nearly impossible otherwise, as sharpness diminishes substantially and reflections of inanimate objects in the viewing area take over.

We regret to hear that the viewing angle did not meet your expectations. This is definitely not the experience we want you to have with our premium TVs. The best viewing distance depends on the size and the display resolution of the TV. The recommended distance for comfortable viewing depends on the video or program you are watching, the viewing environment, and the physical conditions of the person watching it. When watching the TV from a suitable distance, we recommend looking away from the TV every now and then or try watching it at a different viewing angle. The product reviews were excellent. I found the quality of the product to be excellent , ease of set up and use of catalog very good. The only negative is the voice from the answering machine volume is too low. I replaced an older Panasonic because I had very good luck with it.

We initially bought it because it was the only 50" tv that would fit on our existing corner cabinet. The feet on this TV are much closer together than other 50" TVs. That was really important to us so we wouldn't have to rearrange furniture and have our cable moved.

Image, sound, color are much better. Additional Apps pre installed just waiting for you to activate and use the ones that interest you. The down sides to getting this product were the snubs and poor customer services that were handed out by some BestBuy locations

The Sony 50" UHD fit perfectly into the space for the TV. Set up was very easy. When it first came on I thought I was looking at a photograph!
