The technician who set it up was extremely helpful and professional and polite. I wish the remote had an info button to see what you are watching and what year etc . All in all the remote is not complicated and we were in the swing of things in no time .

When I was shopping for this one, I was able to compare both comparable models basically side by side and the Sony picture was much better color and detail in my opinion….Samsung was not close. I will have to check my paperwork. That said the TV has worked well and is fully satisfactory to this point. The color is more saturated than the older Sony and took a little time to appreciate. I have had no reason to adjust anything, but I am familiar with Sony TVs and would not anticipate any problem if I had to do so.

The picture quality is superb. I don't love that you go through Google for the smart functions, but as an NBA fan I love that you can get that app (Samsung doesn't allow for it).

I looked at many other 50" inch brands, and by far the Sony was the sharpest. A bit more expensive that other brands, but well worth the extra spend. The sound on this TV is very good. In a smaller room, no need to add a sound bar.

I recently had the Geek Squad mount this on a wall which made it easier to view than when it was on a stand. The colors are vivid yet natural compared to some sets that are a bit over-saturated. Received excellent suggestions for setting up the tv from taking it out of the box and putting stand on. Great quality picture and starting up the set up for the smart tv except for the google function. Google wanted some adjustments to the wi-fi router which was impossible for us to understand and complete but the Sony set-up program was able to bypass and complete the set-up.
