Dead pixels, exchanged for a hair in the screen.

Exchanged it for another, there is a hair inside the screen and a couple slightly less noticable dead pixels. Other than that the display is satisfactory- but as I plan on sitting close to this screen for use as a PC monitor I will be returning it.

Doesnt display xbox at 4k 120hz

I have tried everything stated in every post here. Im tried hdmi 3 and 4 both. Have both inputs on enhanced. Tried with and without dolby and hdr etc. i have tried every single combination possible for the last 2 hours. I am using the hdmi chord that came with the xbox which was specifically sold with the unit to handle 4k at 120hz. There are no other options or anything i have missed. I have spent hours trying and reading about this from sony, xbox and any random review i can find. This tv absolutely does not work with xbox using 4k and 120hz. Only bought it for this purpose so TV will unfortunately have to be returned after hours of wasted time.

Some HDMI devices that output the 4K Enhanced format (18Gbps or above) signal require that you use a 48Gbps Ultra High Speed HDMI cable. Please make sure to set the HDMI signal format to Enhanced format on the TV. Normal cable issues, amazing at everything else

With regards to upscaling, a video with SD quality cannot be converted to HD quality or displayed in SD resolution without stretching.
