Disappointing

Sony support was not good at all (slow, making me do the same "fixes" over and over etc). Best Buy was great-- making exchange for another Sony model (crossing fingers it works better) as easy as possible.

Keeps freezing

We value your input and appreciate your feedback. Make sure the apps are updated. Some of the common issues can be fixed by simply restarting the TV. To do that, simply press the power button for about 5-10 secs while the TV is on. You might also consider checking your internet connection speed to ensure it meets or exceeds the recommendations:
Recommended for SD quality - 3.0 Megabits per second

It constantly wont turn on until I unplug it and replug it. It will once in a while glitch out on all HDMI ports causing random twitchy artifacts. This goes away only after unplug/replug.

Expected better

The TV was working fairly well the first two weeks and all of the sudden it became super glitchy. It kicks me out of the movies or series I'm watching, it takes long time to start and go to the home screen, it goes back to the homepage when you try to navigate through apps like Netflix or HBO. Honestly I have to troubleshoot the TV every time I turn it on. The image is fine, the design is okay but the TV makes it difficult to enjoy a little bit of spare time

Unhappy and disappointed 50 inch Sony TV customer.

Spent hours , pushed every button available, and stuck trying to connect to WiFi. All other PC in house could connect. Tech help was no help. Wanted me to take it a store- I will for a full refund. Wish they could refund the hours I spent trying to get it to do the most basic a thing a TV is suppose to do- be a television.

No Sound When Turning on TV

Horrible TV

Inorder to use an antenna you have to use their app which you a lot less stations than a direct connect to the antenna. I cut the cable cord years aqo only have internet. My small Samsung gets over 100 channels and the antenna is on an inside area. Wouldn't recommend any tv with google tv

Google TV apps issues as well.

This is not the experience that we want you to have. Regarding the Dolby Vision issue you are experiencing, we are looking into performance improvements in a firmware update. In the meantime, do the following:
1. On the TV remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button.
2. Press Enter to open the Settings menu.
3. Select Display & Sound → Picture → Motion → , and then set CineMotion to Off. Make sure to use a Picture mode other than Vivid mode.
4. Follow the instructions according to the source device.
-Apple TV 4K - Go to Video and Audio screen → Match Content → Match Frame Rate → set to Off
-Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K - Go to Display and Sound screen → Match Original Frame Rate set to On. Set Dynamic Range Settings to Adaptive
